At Peak, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free from damage, stains, or odors

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to improper use after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchange

We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective products, subject to stock availability.
