All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

  • South India: 3–5 business days

  • Other states in India: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier partner availability.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for selected products or order values.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number.

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order.

Peak is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If a package is lost during transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
